Education - We have taken the Carson Dunlop course, which is a small step to becoming a home inspector. With a background in building houses, renovating houses and being a current member of the Ontario Building Officials Association, we maintain an up to date status on ever changing building codes. With over 27 years of combined building code related work and inspections plus maintaining an intensive upgrading and training program, we feel that we have surpassed most individuals claiming to be "Professional Home Inspectors".
