What is our FAIR PRICING POLICY?
Our "Fair Pricing Policy" is a method of where we only charge customers for what they services they receive.
How Do Our Customers Benefit?
Our customers only pay for the size of house they are having inspected. We do not have a one price for all policy, which forces people with townhouses and smaller homes to pay the same price as estate sized homes. Some home inspectors consider doing townhouses and smaller homes their "gravy" money and are not too pleased that someone has made a distinction on the prices people should pay.
How Much Can I Save?
We charge a base price of $199.00 for a single residential home with one bathroom. We also include a Free WETT certificate in that price. A majority of our competitors charge $349.00 for the same home inspection and about $140.00 for the WETT certificate.
WOW, YOU SAY !!!! WE ARE SAVING $290.00 JUST ON THE PRICE OF THE HOME INSPECTION!!!! HOW CAN THAT BE?
Well not being able to speak for other home inspectors, but I did notice when you go into most stores, the bigger item you buy, the higher the price is. Most people would not be happy paying $30.00 for a 5 lb roast when the shopper before him paid the same $30.00 and got a 30 lb roast. Well that is our philosophy for our home inspection pricing and the winner is you, the customer
